Founded in Singapore in 2019, Aslan Energy Capital (AEC) aims to energize global economies with green energy.
AEC is a project development, operations and commercial solutions platform focused on the transition of clean energy and fuels.
We leverage our partnerships with key energy sector players, technology developers and investment partners to structure and deliver solutions. This effectively addresses energy and social infrastructure issues whilst attracting FDI backed investments into our core operational markets.
AEC’s dual layer strategy focuses on our core “Hub Market” in Indonesia where we develop an infrastructure portfolio approach and link the portfolio to selected demand markets supporting regional clean energy developments.

With more than 25 years of technical and commercial leadership experience in the Energy sector, Muthu's expertise spans Project Development, EPC Management, Economic Viability Assessments, Project Finance
and Asset Valuation.

Shaldine Wang
Over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, financial management and investments. At LNG Alliance, she is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the Group. Prior to her present appointment, she was with Elite Partners Capital Group, where she has held various positions, including the Head of Portfolio Management and Sustainability for the Group’s private funds arm and the CEO of the SGX-ST listed Elite Commercial REIT. Shaldine has also worked as the Group Finance Director of HKSE listed China Huarong Energy Company Limited, a shipbuilding, energy exploration and production and offshore engineering company, where she was in charge of finance-related activities of the Exploration & Production and Offshore & Marine business units located in Singapore, China and Kyrgyzstan. Prior to that Shaldine was the CFO of the SGX-ST listed Pacific Shipping Trust. Shaldine also has experienced in the acquisition and project financing of Jambi Merang Block in Indonesia and the construction of 700MW CCGT power plant in Xiamen, China and the construction of 3.5MMTPA receiving terminal in Jiangsu, China when she was at Pacific Oil and Gas Pte. Ltd. Shaldine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of Guelph, Canada and a Master of Arts in International Financial Analysis from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.

With over 40 years in the energy business, Martin specializes in strategy, pricing, development and negotiation of commercial agreements. Martin also
holds expertise in conducting energy studies and operations of downstream gas and power facilities.
