Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities
  • Manage important customer relationships

  • Prepare various business proposals and handle confidential documents

  • Coordinating board meetings logistics

  • Participate in the operations of general administrations

  • Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports, proposals, and confidential documents

  • Facilitating and following up on external and internal business affairs

  • Travel for business meetings in USA, Caribbean, Germany, Norway, France, Japan, Korea, Indonesia and India.


Requirements
  1. Degree or diploma holder

  2. 3 years of working experience in customer service, customer relations, hospitality or travel industry

  3. Excellent Communication Skills

  4. Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

  5. Customer Relationship and Customer Service Skills

  6. Team Handling and Teamwork

  7. Good Interpersonal Skills

  8. Ability to multi-task and perform duties with a high level of detail

  9. Willing to travel for project and client meetings

  10. Previous international travel experience will be a benefit

  11. Singaporean / PR
