Project Development

"It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today. No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be."

Invest

Building a clean energy business is an essential component of the transition towards a sustainable future. As the demand for clean energy solutions continues to rise, the need for infrastructure investments to support these solutions also grows. Building clean energy infrastructure, such as solar and wind farms, green hydrogen production and export facilities, hydrogen pipelines and green ammonia production centers, requires significant investment and expertise. We invest in clean energy projects such as solar farms, green hydrogen and green ammonia production, storage, transportation and export facilities, and contribute to the transition towards a greener future while creating economic opportunities and driving innovation.

Develop

Developing clean energy projects is a critical step towards achieving a sustainable future. The increasing demand for clean energy solutions presents an opportunity for businesses to innovate and offer new technologies and products. From renewable energy sources like wind and solar to energy-efficient building designs and smart grids, the possibilities for clean energy development are endless. By developing clean energy solutions, we de-risk the project, secure the permits, advance the engineering to ensure robust and reliable assets, develop a realistic execution schedule, and drive bankability. We help address the pressing environmental challenges while creating feasible clean energy projects, enhancing the socio-economic opportunities for  the communities.

Build

We hire the top-rated EPC contractors, who play a crucial role in the development of solar farm projects, ensuring that the project is designed, procured, and constructed to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As an example, in an EPC solar project, our projects team along with the EPC contractor is responsible for the design, procurement, and construction of the solar farm. The engineering teams determine the optimal  layout of the solar panels, inverters, transformers, etc. During the procurement phase, the EPC contractor sources the solar panels, inverters, racking systems, transformers, battery storage and other components. Finally, during the construction phase, we manage the EPC contractor, who oversees the construction, installation and the commissioning and handover to operations.

Own

By owning clean energy assets such as solar farms and green hydrogen production and transportation facilities, we not only generate clean energy but also save on energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint. By owning clean energy assets, we future-proof our company's operations, as the demand for clean energy solutions is expected to grow in the coming years. We believe in achieving a balanced portfolio should include a mix of projects with varying technologies, geographies, and power off-takers to ensure diversification. In summary, our renewable energy asset portfolio has a project base in SE Asia, South Asia and Latin America and each of these renewable energy assets, offer financial and environmental benefits to investors and contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable future.

Operate

Overall, safe and reliable O&M of solar farms, green hydrogen plant and blue ammonia facilities is critical to ensure that these plants operates efficiently, maximizes energy output, and minimizes downtime. By following best practices for O&M, our facilities achieve the best in class operations, with KPIs met for HSSE, while ensuring the safety of personnel. Our subcontractor teams work on a variety of O&M approaches such as periodic inspections, condition assessments, remote monitoring, and by risk based preventative maintenance planning we ensure that the new energy facilities continues to function efficiently. Staff, including all subcontractors on site, are fully trained and certified on safety protocols, equipment operations, and maintenance procedures.
